We basically allow for return:

• Damaged product. (You got a damage goods from the courier)

• Wrong product.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

• You used it.

• You lost the original package.

• Broken or damaged goods.(After Used)

• It passed our return period.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. So before send it to us please packaging it again and take some photo before send it to the courier and collect a receipt from the courier.

At BuildDollHouse, we strive to provide exceptional products and services to our customers. Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer refunds for products sold. We encourage all customers to carefully review their purchases before completing the transaction.

In the event of a defective or damaged product, we will gladly work with you to provide a replacement or rectify the situation to the best of our ability. Please contact our customer service team within three days of receiving the product to report any issues.

If you are eligible for refund, Refund will be done within 7 working days
